Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Worn or damaged items
• Items without original tags

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at your store email with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
